Michigan Nonprofit Association strengthens the collective voice of nonprofits throughout the state. They asked us to help them attract new members and support existing members online. We built a backend system that streamlines access to – and maintenance of – a deep well of members-only content. Our creative team crafted a polished, welcoming tone for the visual design that elevates the overall MNA brand presence online.

We architected a web strategy for the site that moves prospective members through a funnel to inquire and join. With clean navigation and a sophisticated backend code, members can easily log in to access a deep well of member-only content.
We made it easy for new members to join. On the backend, we built customized management tools that collect member fees and info to save time for the MNA staff.
We designed the site content to highlight the benefits of membership. Existing members can quickly login to gain access to a user dashboard with account information and dynamic member-only content such as a jobs database and educational assets like videos, articles, and downloads.
Site visitors can purchase tickets and register for events directly through the site. All commerce flows through the site, and registration information is automatically stored and accessible on the backend.
With a website that offers customized management tools and automated processes, MNA staff can now focus more of their attention on serving their members.
