We guided Canalway through a discovery process that revealed challenges with the public's understanding of their mission and programs. To clarify their position, we developed a site structure, taxonomy, content strategy, and navigation queues that tell the story of the organization from the moment a visitor arrives on the site.
We introduced methods for messaging and visual storytelling that instantly explain the Canalway mission and impact within the community. From high impact edge-to-edge photos to compelling callouts, the site design is welcoming and engaging throughout.
We developed an events system that provides context around Canalway's mission at a glance. The information design invites visitors to register for events and programs with a front-end that is easy to use. On the backend, we built customized admin tools that make it easy for the Canalway team to update the events with automated archiving of past events and special sponsored in-line callouts.
With an overall web strategy that moves visitors through a funnel to engage and give, our website for Canalway inspires support and engagement at every turn while making a case for the importance of Canalway's work.
