FORM created print collateral, videos and a website for the Cleveland Clinic's Treating Heart Disease, an acredited video webcast series for surgeons and internists. In the series, the Clinic's renowned thoracic surgeons discuss the latest in treatment and therapies in heart surgery. The website enables surgeons and internists to register online, view the videos or request a DVD, and apply for AMA/PRA credits. FORM also provided lower third graphics, bumper graphics, direction and art direction for the video production.
