This app enables users to easily locate hundreds of places in University Circle. A GPS-based interactive map allows visitors to find interesting places nearby. A complete list of events displays what's happening now, this weekend, or this month in the Circle. Users can also add locations and events to their own Favorites list. Photos and videos allow users to explore locations before they visit.

FORM's new website design for University Circle makes it fun and easy to find everything in this arts and culture district - from the Cleveland Museum of Art and The Botanical Garden to Severance Hall and The Natural History Museum. To encourage tourism, FORM redesigned the site architecture to emphasize the near proximity of points of interest, and encourage cross-polination of related events and locations. The "Visit Wizard" creates an automatic itinerary based on the user's interests. A custom content management system enables UCI staff to easily update the site content, and an eCommerce system facilitates donations and ticket sales.

Lionsgate Films asked FORM to develop this mini site to cross promote the Axe-A-Friend iPhone app and the DVD release of their horror film, My Bloody Valentine 3D. In the film, a madman with a pick axe is on the loose and an ultra-3D gorefest ensues. This mini-site puts you in the blood-soaked shoes of the madman: snap a photo of a friend, then swing a pick axe to incur some serious virtual damage. Think this is gross? Check out the movie!
Lionsgate Films asked FORM to create a creepy iPhone app to promote their horror film The Haunting in Connecticut. The app includes a Ouija board, seance, live on-board film trailer and a few surprises designed to delight horror film fans.

This series of bold and cohesive print materials are part of FORM's effort to redefine Cleveland School of the Arts' brand image. The new look conveys the energetic and positive environment of the school, and underscores its continuing role as a social and economic asset to the city of Cleveland.
FORM designed and produced an app for the 35th Cleveland International Film Festival. The Cleveland International Film Festival is presented every spring and is Ohio’s premier film event featuring over 280 films originating from close to 60 countries. This year's event runs from March 24 - April 4, 2011 at Tower City Cinemas in downtown Cleveland. The app allows users to easily search films by Title, Category, Program, or Day. Film details, images, trailers, and up-to-the-minute screening information are available in real-time along with theater contact information and maps.

Mobile version of Cleveland International Film Festival site was design especially to provide the most current film info for festival-goers.
This CIFF site includes one of the most dynamic and useable film schedules on the web, as well as an intuitive shopping experience, an abundance of in-line movie trailers and related media, real-time social media stream and more. The site is driven by LUCY, our custom content management system tailored for arts and culture, non-profit and entertainment industries. In addition, we developed a tandem mobile site and Android/iPhone app, and refreshed the CIFF logo by simplifying the mark and designing a new type treatment and identifier.
FORM worked with CBS to create this fun bag-toss game in promotion of their popular summertime reality show, Big Brother. The app allows Big Brother fans to challenge each of the show's "HouseGuests" in a one-on-one match of the classic backyard bag-toss game, CornHole. The fast-paced 5-inning format allows fans to battle multiple HouseGuests and share their triumphs on Facebook. The app hit the Top 20 on iTunes' Top Free Sports chart within 5 days of its release.

FORM's community-driven, GPS-based iPhone app, "Abandoned", enables users to explore modern day ruins from empty mental asylums and submerged cities to forgotten hotels and ghost towns. GPS mapping automatically locates nearby abandoned places. Users can share comments and reviews about each location, and upload their own locations with descriptions and photos. The app can also be used to store a private log of locations.

Created for PBS children's program Eureka! The Creative Art Series web site, this illustration incorporates the Eureka "ship" atop an adventure map that is also the navigation for the website.

Cleveland Public Art has improved public spaces through art and design since 1984. Its projects can be seen throughout Cleveland, from the most visible public spaces to the most disadvantaged communities. CPA asked FORM to create a new website that would help convey its mission and raise awareness of the projects it facilitates. FORM's solution was to employ bold visual design and engaging photography to help draw users into CPA's portfolio of projects, and a custom content management system enables CPA's staff to easily maintain the site - from portfolio and interative map, to news updates and sponsor logos. An online donation system enables CPA to accept online credit card contributions.

Paying homage to classic sci-fi films, Hello Tomorrow is an atmospheric web-based game that takes place somewhere near Area 51. As a government operative stranded amid a B-Movie landscape, the player must defeat a fleet of retro-style flying saucers through clouds of unexplained smoke and decidedly low-fi sound effects.
The game tracks players' high scores to encourage web-based competition. True to its 1950's roots, the family-friendly game engine automatically eliminates profane user names from the score board.
When Forest City Enterprises renamed their upscale residential property Easthaven at the Village, they asked FORM to create a new identity and tone to help reposition the property in the market. Drawing inspiration from European hotels and antique wine labels, FORM created an identity system, collateral materials, website design, brochure and wayfinding program evocative of creature comforts and fine living.
FORM designed and developed the identity, brand and website for gen eff, a non-profit organization that raises awareness among young adults of their risk of serious disease. FORM used sophisticated new technology, social networking tie-ins, and non-traditional design to create a website that draws the interest of young adults.

This website for the Cleveland Zoological Society uses clean design and sophisticated programming to help visitors learn more about the society's mission, donate and join, browse upcoming events, participate in quick polls and more. The site is built on our custom content management system that allows CZS staff to easily manage their own content and automatically display tweets and other social media feeds.
FORM designed and developed a bright, lively new website and mobile site for the Akron Canton Airport. In addition to serving critical information such as arrival, departure, booking and emergency event information, it also features brand-enhancing interactive content such as interactive quick-polls, a "fun stuff" roll-out area, robust blogs and social networking integration.

It features high level functionality such as member-only login areas, real-time activity feed, eCommerce, collection and management of memberships and donations, community-driven content and commenting, user portfolio management, news and events, and annual conference registration. FORM designed the Great Lakes theater website to create an immersive user experience, and a dramatic new look and feel for the classic theater company's brand. The tight crops of large imagery are intended to replicate the theater's intimate environment and closeness to the stage and actors. The site is also technically sophisticated, with dynamic content, e-commerce and a robust custom content management system.
FORM developed a new brand image for Great Lakes Theater. We created the overall look and feel, provided art direction for photo shoots, designed seasonal campaign collateral including brochures, ads, mailers, street pole banners and posters, and designed individual show logos for each season's repertory.
FORM worked with agency Marcus Thomas to create this fun, interactive trade show application for the Kelly Tires' new Fierce product line. The application allowed tire dealers to "trade places" with the brand's young target audience by snapping a photo of themselves, and then superimposing it onto interchangeable bodies with trendy hairstyles, clothing and drag-n-drop accessories. The end result was a silly, self-deprecating photo souvenir.

The look and feel intends to communicate the innovative and individualized education that the school provides for primarily low-income children from Cleveland's near west side. The website is tied to FORM's custom CMS system which empowers UCS staff to easily maintain their own site content.
Cleveland's Urban Community School asked FORM to create a viral marketing tool to raise awareness of the school's mission and capital campaign. The result is webgame Yoocee. The game incorporates in its gameplay information about the school's needs and fundraising goals. It encourages users to play the game against others in the community and compete for high scores and bragging rights. FORM employed a blend of programming, design and illustration to create the game's exceptionally warm and fun atmosphere.

The identity collateral incorporated non-traditional materials such as twine, copper gromets and hand-sewn muslin slips. The print work was honored in the 2009 AIGA Cleveland Design Competition.
We developed this clean and powerful new website for high-end photography studio Kalman & Pabst. Our custom content management system makes it easy for K&P to update and manage their own portfolio. A brilliant before/after tool shows off their retouching skills. And to help portray the friendly and fun nature of their staff and work environment, we incorporated a quirky "polaroid wall", a virtual studio tour, a light-hearted staff page, and realtime social networking feeds.

FORM worked with a group of dedicated dog rescuers to design and develop Doggy Heaven, a website where pet owners can create free memorials with photos and stories in tribute to their departed canine companions. Visitors can leave messages, virtual treats and cute "tokens of affection" for the dogs, and users can create muliple entries and modify their memorials through a simple account login.
FORM recently launched a sophisticated website for Kick It, a national grassroots organiation that helps people organize charity kickball games to raise donations for pediatric cancer research. The website enables users to organize and post games, assign players, send event invitations, post photo galleries, purchase products and donate online. The robust custom content management system enables Kick It volunteers to manage sponsors, track donations and ecommerce sales, upload press releases and news items, upload online resources and update calls-to-action.
Flashes of Hope is a non-profit organization dedicated to creating uplifting portraits of children with cancer. FORM designed and developed a new web presence and custom content management system for the organization. The new design provides ample page real estate for showcasing the group's powerful photos, and the FOH staff can easily update the site as new chapters are formed or news, photos and sponsors are added.

Cleveland Play House asked FORM to design a cohesive new look and feel for their season repertory campaigns. We created a distinctive design treatment, devised the photo concepts, selected modeling talent and art directed the photo shoot by our talented colleagues at Kalman & Pabst.
This website and content management system for the Cleveland Play House is beautiful and functional. The Play House staff is able to easily update their own content while maintaining the aesthetic integrity of the design. The clean layout allows for a lot of content without overwhelming the viewer.
The site design was used as a creative guide for the new look of the Play House's print collateral. The site was recognized with a 2011 AIGA Cleveland award, Interactive category.
The Human Fund supports arts programs for under-served youth in Cleveland. The fund's founder asked FORM to help launch the new charity with an identity and overall brand that would express the non-traditional, upbeat attitude of the organization. Since then, FORM designed the collateral and website, as well as ads and invitations for their annual fundraisers for four years running.
Boom is a firm that creates gala events and fundraisers. FORM created a spirited logomark and identity system for the firm that combines the concept of kinetic movement and champagne bubbles.
American Greetings Interactive division asked FORM to design a web presence that would appeal to its technology savvy partners and vendors while still conveying the warm, personal and genuine tone of the AG's “social expressions” mission. FORM’s design, though primarily white, modern and clean, retains a friendly and light-hearted feeling by prominently featuring tightly-cropped photography of actual AG Interactive staff “expressing themselves” in sync with web emoticons.

The fine folks at Paladar Latin Kitchen asked FORM to create a unique web presence that would capture the authenticity and fun atmosphere of their Annapolis and Cleveland restaurants. The result is a site that strikes a balance between upscale and eclectic, contemporary taste and traditional influences. The restaurant's many menus are presented in web text for maximum SEO, and it's all updated through a customized content management system. A custom designed email campaign compliments the site design.
Organic Spa Magazine's Skin-Care Guide is a list of the leading companies in the natural and organic beauty field. A few years ago, this list may have been limited to a few companies. Today, thanks to consumers' interest in a greener and cleaner world, the list has grown tremendously. Organic Spa Magazine, the leading ecostyle magazine in America today, created this list to showcase the companies who are making strides, both big and small, in the ever-changing world of organic beauty.

FORM created a new website that would convey the peaceful and nurturing environment at Hopewell, a therapeutic farm community for people with schizophrenia and other mental illnesses. FORM orchestrated a photo shoot to capture the feeling of the community, and designed a warm tone that expresses a sense of welcoming and calm. The design is powered by one of FORM's custom content management systems which enables Hopewell staff to easily update the site content, and an e-commerce system enables visitors to donate or purchase event tickets online.
