FORM is a creative services boutique that builds meaningful brand experiences across mobile, web, and print.
We believe that in order to create truly innovative, engaging, and beautiful user experiences, you
need an innate understanding of both design and technology. It's a critical
balance that is difficult to achieve, and it's even more difficult to find in a single firm. So we created one.
Our designers possess a deep understanding of UI and interactive development, and our programmers revere and respect
the importance of aesthetics and branding.

Founders
Steve Cencula
Trained as a fine artist and possessing a deep understanding of computer technology, Steve is at once a creative and technical visionary. He has passionately forged new ground in digital media for more than 20 years - from the earliest days of 3D animation to today's mobile apps. He has been recognized by the Addys and Crains' Who's Who in Technology and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Cleveland Institute of Art.
Teresa Kiplinger
FORM co-founder and designer Teresa Kiplinger has created award winning work for clients in the arts, culture and entertainment industries for over 20 years. She's been recognized by AIGA, Communication Arts, the Emmys, Addys, OEBIEs and Tellys, and her work has been featured in Rockport's Simple Sites and LogoLounge. She holds a BFA in Visual Communication Design from Kent State University.
